I caught up with Sophie Grigson at the recent Wimborne Food Festival. Sophie has published 21 cookery books and has been a regular on TV and radio since the early nineties when she starred in the award-winning Grow Your Greens, Eat Your Greens. She also teaches, and writes for magazines.
She spoke to me about spices, gave some important culinary tips, and even shared some of her own kitchen blunders.
