Clare’s Cuisine has been running for over a year. It gives budding young bakers the chance to learn the basic skills of home-cooking. Having started cooking at a very young age, Clare believes it is important that children know their way around the kitchen. She loves to use fresh ingredients and grows her own fruit and vegetables.
In her rural cottage in Colden Common, Clare runs her cookery classes. I went along to one, where the kids were making eccles cakes, sausage rolls, and cheese twists. What a treat.
