About
So a bit about me… I am 24 years old and I am a broadcast journalist. I have many interests, Salsa dancing, Pilates and Yoga, socialising with friends and I love food; well who doesn’t! But ever since a young age, I have always been into healthy foods and enjoy trying out new recipes.
I come from an Asian background and have learnt how to make a variety of Indian dishes, not all of them being ‘curry’, which during this blog I will share with you. I will also be experimenting with cuisines from around the world and will let you know how they turn out, even if my Spanish omelette turns into scrambled egg!
I find it fascinating when there are news stories telling us on one day that a particular food is not good for us, then the next month making a u-turn. For instance, I still can’t work out if eggs are good to eat regularly, or whether I should have that third cup of tea.
So feel free to read my blog and share your own culinary experiences.

I like your ‘going for an English’ blog. Wish there was one near here.
